At Brave Wave Psychotherapy, our Individual and Dyadic Supervision provides a supportive, collaborative space for mental health professionals to explore their clinical work, develop their skills, and grow in confidence.

Through individual supervision, you receive one-on-one guidance to reflect on case dynamics, therapeutic approaches, and ethical considerations, gaining clarity and insight tailored to your unique practice. Dyadic supervision brings two supervisees together, fostering connection and shared learning as you navigate challenges and deepen understanding through collaboration.
